Blending heritage charm with modern functionality, Rokeby Central is a considered response to urban renewal in Subiaco. The design carefully preserves the character of the streetscape, respecting the architectural rhythm of the area while introducing a contemporary workspace that meets the demands of modern business.

From the street, the façade remains discreet and refined, integrating seamlessly with its neighbouring buildings. A soft, curved awning and expansive glazing invite natural light while providing an engaging frontage that enhances the pedestrian experience.
To the rear, a bold architectural statement transforms the laneway into a vibrant and functional space. A striking cantilevered upper level and an open, flexible ground floor create a visually compelling contrast, designed to activate the laneway and maximise site potential.
